Tia Mowry, Cory Hardrict, and the kids are photo-ready. Tia shared pictures from the family’s recent photoshoot this past weekend.
“My #family,” Tia told her social media fans. “They are what drives me. Motivates me. Keeps me focused and grounded. I #love you,” the celebrity mom wrote to her husband and kids.
It was just a few weeks ago that Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict celebrated their daughter’s third birthday. Cairo had a blast with celebrations at home and at a local restaurant. Tia wrote a sweet message to her daughter on Cairo’s birthday.
“My darling baby girl #cairo,” Mowry shared. “Having children was never easy for me,” Tia admitted. “Maybe that’s why I waited so long to try and go for a second round. I will tell you this, I am so glad I didn’t give up,” the celebrity said. “#Cairo, you have changed my life in so many beautiful ways. Being your mother brings me so much joy.”
Tia developed an inflammatory condition called endometriosis that prevented her from having kids following the birth of her son. The celebrity mom changed her diet in hopes of having another child. She released a cookbook in 2017 filled with recipes that helped her overcome her condition and conceive again.
“Once I changed my diet, I started to see [a] change in my body,” Tia shared. “Not only did my symptoms literally disappear with endometriosis, but other ailments like migraines and eczema also went away,” the celebrity shared. “I started to see correlations with how food can be healing,” Mowry further explained.
“I don’t think I could have gotten through this process without the support of my husband,” the celebrity mom said. “I think it’s really important that someone is there encouraging you, rooting you on, saying you’re not alone, helping you feel stronger and more powerful.”
